Barot is a small village in Himachal. There are no markets to roam around or posh cafes to hang out here. There is just this unspoilt nature to enjoy.

Tirthan valley may not be as popular as Shimla or Manali, but it has it’s own charms which are hard to find elsewhere. Peace, tranquility, treks and Trouts! Barely 65 KMs from Mandi, it is a relatively lesser explored destination and thus, less crowded.

Barely 65 KMs from Shimla, lies the small town of Narkanda. At around 2700 m ASL, it offers some of the most beautiful views of the snow clad Shivaliks. It is a busy little place with a bustling market. It lies on the erstwhile Hindustan Tibet road that was an old trade route between India and Tibet as well as being the route to Spiti. Even today, it serves as a great transit stop for a trip to Spiti or Kinnaur Valleys.

Chindi, Karsog Valley is about 90 kms from Shimla. Yet it sees only a fraction of the tourists that Shimla does. The pace of life is refreshingly slow here.
